Are there any risks or dangers associated with following the TNT diet and fitness program?
Since the TNT program recommends only natural foods eaten as part of a balanced diet, the risks of following our meal plans are extremely low. However, years of eating processed foods and/or high amounts of sugar or caffeine might cause uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, digestive difficulties, fatigue, and trouble sleeping. While these symptoms will dissipate after a few days, we do recommend that you consult your physician before making any changes to your dietary habits and workout routines. Also, if you are taking any medications on a regular basis, it is imperative that you consult your physician before making any dietary changes or starting a workout plan.
