Yes. While all researchers can upload publications using an RIS file, the ability to search ISI Web of Knowledge and Web of Science for publications to add or access EndNote Web is limited to subscribers of those products. If you have access to ISI Web of Knowledge or EndNote Web from your computer then you will have access to those additional options.
