Students who are 21 years of age or older will not be approved for university housing. All residents must be actively enrolled in a program as a full time student (taking at least 12 credit hours). Residents must sign a lease, and must agree to follow all rules, regulations, and procedures. If a student turns 21 while living in university housing, they are permitted remain in housing but must still abide by all rules, regulations, and procedures as stated in their signed lease agreement. Should a student move out after turning 21, they will not be permitted to move back into university housing.
