Are there any restrictions or limitations to scheduling planes?
Yes, Student Pilots cannot schedule the Skylane. The maximum number of active reservations a member can have at any given time is six (6). The maximum number of days in advance for a reservation is 180 days. Both maximums can be overriden by a member of the Board of Directors (BOD). There is also a requirement of notice to the Maintenance Officer when reserving an aircraft more than 5 days, this is just to make sure it will be completely up to date on maintenance, not to disallow long reservations. There is also a requirement when planning a trip outside the USA, coordinate with the BOD.
