No second hand, re-locatable, or pre-fabricated building or temporary structure may be built or brought on to the sections. There are also restrictions on building foundations, wall cladding, roof pitch & sheathing and exterior colours. All buildings erected shall be constructed on a concrete foundation pad, or a continuous concrete foundation or concrete piles with a solid and durable skirting board around the external walls of the building(s) from ground height to the underside of the wall cladding. Wall cladding shall be in timber, local stone, plaster or other natural materials with their natural finish. Any non natural cladding material shall be appropriately colour co-ordinated. Wall colours to be natural and recessive and in the range of colours brown, grey or greens. Joinery colours and materials shall be suitably recessive.
