Yes. If your company is an existing member of the FedEx Office Commercial Account program, it is ineligible for the rebate under this program. In addition, the rebate is capped at $2,000 on the first $40,000 your company spends annually on FedEx Office services. The rebate is not valid on purchases where FedEx Office is not the merchant of record.
