Are there any restrictions on the parking of vehicles on residential property?

0

The parking of personal vehicles in operable condition is permitted. Such parking may occur within a garage or carport or may be located in the front, side or rear yard of any lot. Commercial and Junked/Salvaged Cars are subject to regulations in the Zoning Ordinance. There are no location limitations for parking personal vehicles and/or creating driveways/parking pads within the front and side yards of a lot. The parking of any vehicle, whether personal or commercial, within the right-of-way of any public street is not enforced by the Zoning Ordinance. Please contact the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Department or the NC Highway Patrol.
