Are there any restrictions on posting an instructor’s notes on eReserves?
Instructors may post their own notes on eReserves provided that the materials do not contain any materials from other sources, such as photographs taken from a website or figures from a textbook. Where the notes include third party material, the instructor will need to ensure that they either have permission to include the material or are covered by the fair dealing exception.
