Are there any restrictions on posting an instructors notes on e-Reserves?
Instructors may post their own notes on e-Reserves provided that the materials do not contain any materials from other sources, such as photographs taken from a website or figures from a textbook. Where the notes include third party material, the instructor will need to ensure that they either have permission to include the material or are covered by the fair dealing exception.
