After your first deposit by credit/debit card, your withdrawal must be made by the same card and for at least the same amount deposited. There are no other restrictions as long as our Customer Support team has received the documents which prove your identity. MasterCard: it is only a deposit method, you will not be able to withdraw back to your MasterCard. Once a deposit made by MasterCard, we will ask for a copy of both sides of the MasterCard for verification purpose.
