Are there any restrictions in the use of the financial transactions through Net Banking?
According to the Terms and Conditions of use of Net Banking, Hellenic Bank reserves the right to reject any request for any type of Transfer or Service, that at the Bank’s discretion is against the general Rules and Regulations of the Bank. Hellenic Bank also reserves the right to select at the Bank’s discretion which payment(s) or transfer(s) is/are to be or not to be processed regardless the availability of funds of the account(s) to be debited but is not obliged however to do so on any occasion. The Bank will inform you for any request processed or not processed, through specific options of the System and through the Bank Mail. Please also note that the request for financial transactions or services through Net Banking is your own responsibility therefore the requests should be placed with care.
