On www.sdn.sap.com in the Business One section you can find a detailed webcast about the installation of Business One under Citrix. You can create yourself an account on SDN as a Business One customer. In the Business One section of SDN, select eLearning on the right side. In the eLearning section, click on the Business One link (instead of the highlighted Business One SDK). The first entry is Citrix configuration.
