You will not need to file a claim with TPCIGA to obtain an unearned premium payment. Payments for Texas Select, Vesta Fire, Shelby Casualty, and Shelby Insurance will be automatically processed and paid based on the companies’ records. TPCIGA will attempt to process unearned premium refunds as quickly as possible after the cancellation date of your policy.
