Yes. In compliance with Chapter 3 of the Pennsylvania Uniform Crime Reporting Act and the federal Jeanne Clery Act, the Pitt police generate a three-year statistical report, which is included in this Web site. This report is distributed to all current students, staff, and faculty, while prospective students and employees are notified of its existence and afforded an opportunity to request and receive a copy.
