Are there any reliable signs of having twins in early pregnancy?
Geting a BPF well before your period is due, however I was always able to get my bfp’s 5-7 days before I was due so its not fool proof and I’d say getting stronger and earlier early pregnancy signs could indicate it too but I had those early too hence the early testing and mine were singles (first pregnancy was a probable twin pregnancy, twin lost at 11 weeks) I think the only definite way would be an early scan to be honest tho
