If you are a home user, with either XP Professional, XP Home Edition, Tablet PC Edition or Media Center Edition. I can see NO reason for NOT installing it. In fact read the Top 10 reasons why you should: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/topten.mspx However, if you are running computers on a company network then you may want to hold back from installing SP2.
