Hi Noura The answer is yes, but you may find that the listing agents business model is to list bank owned homes and there is not much time (as they are swamped right now) to service buyers. My advice would be to find an office that handles bank owned properties and have agents who represent buyers in acquiring these homes. My office has 2 REO brokers and a Short Sale Specialist Team. We also have agents who take buyer calls on all the bank owned listings to ensure that teh buyer is serviced right there and then. Let me know if we can assist you in any way.
