Yes. Tickets purchased for any Gillette Stadium event (including, but not limited to: New England Patriots games, New England Revolution games, concerts, and special events) do NOT qualify for the receipt of points through Patriot Place Rewards, however, Gillette Stadium concessions and merchandise on event days, DO qualify for the receipt of points.
