I haven’t found anything like that, but that sounds horrible! Basically, never let your child know you love them? Ever? I know this is going to sound weird because they are not doctors, but I feel what they’ve taught me is based on experience, I read Nanny 911, the book, and it changed my whole life. Before I was mean to my kids because they weren’t living up to my standards, I never showed them how much I cared, I might not have abused them but I might as well have.
