Are there any provisions for mutually agreed resignations?

0

A national mutually agreed resignation scheme (MARS) has been developed through the Social Partnership Forum and is running from mid-September until the end of October 2010. This will replace any local arrangements that are already in place for non-foundation trusts. The NHS Staff Council has also agreed a set of principles that should underpin any subsequent MAR schemes that run after the national scheme has ended. Full details on the MAR scheme, which includes additional guidance notes for users and templates for trusts, are available on our MARS web pages.
