Are there any proposals to deal with general costs?
General costs are only eligible if they were incurred through the project and if they are supported by an itemised invoice that is directly attributable to the project or project staff. If this invoice is provided by other departments of the project partner organisation it is only eligible if the costs allocated to the project were not calculated on a percentage, pro rata, etc. basis and would not exist without the project (value added). For example: Costs for in-house catering are eligible, because the items consumed by the project are clearly identifiable and have been prepared only for the project (value added).
