Are there any proposals on regulatory reporting of fee tariff data?

0

We are consulting on the proposal to disapply the requirement to complete Section J (fees) on the Retail Mediation Activities Return (RMAR) and the Mortgage Lending and Administration Return (MLAR), for the extended population of firms reporting on those returns. This proposal affects the extended population only [i.e. banks, building soceities, investment firms (other than personal investment firms) and insurer]. Please note this does not affect existing RMAR and MLAR reporters. Please see chapter 5 of the CP for details.
