There are no low cost clinics or funds available in this area to assist pet owners with routine vaccines or emergency situations. There are occasional rabies clinics sponsored by local animal control organizations, but other vaccines are not required by law and so are not offered at these clinics. The SPCA of Wake County recommends that you contact veterinarians in your area and ask for pricing since fees vary from practice to practice. For emergencies, we recommend that you contact your regular veterinarian or a veterinarian used by a family member or friend for referrals and to see if they will extend any financial courtesy.
