Obviously, there are big issues of privacy, and a lot of this comes down to the way in which it’s implemented. Technology exists to read and understand every document written on the screen and to do stuff with it. But I think the reality is that the gain to the organization means that most of the organizations are happy to have a very sensible privacy policy so that the systems don’t get bypassed by users.
