DARPA is looking for integrated and multidisciplinary teams. These may be led by any institution appropriate for the program proposed. We look for the very best people and teaming arrangements to achieve revolutionary developments and effective transitions. We want strong, focused integrated teams with the best technology available. Teams should leverage other programs/investments, so as to facilitate smooth transition of technology.
