For version 8.0 you will need the runtime engine 8.00m88 update. For version 9.0 you will need Service Pack 3 or later. The links for these updates are provided on the downloads pages (links above). The updates are needed to fix an issue with the runtime engine that can cause instability when logging Dexterity scripts. This logging feature is used by the Support Debugging Tool.
