Are there any pre-existing waiting periods and/or medical conditions?
A pre-existing medical condition is a medical condition, injury, illness, disease which was diagnosed, treated, or for which signs or symptoms (known or unknown) occurred prior to the employees coverage date. The pre-existing waiting period begins the date your coverage began and is in effect for one year of continuous enrollment in the Program.
