Are there any pre-conditions under the Insurent® Lease Guaranty Program?
Yes, there are a few minimal pre-conditions. The landlord must commence an eviction proceeding within 65 days of non-payment by the tenant, and the landlord must collect payment of the first months rent and one month of security (or the last month’s rent).
