Despite recent praise for the way services have been maintained despite a huge increase in unemployment during 2009, Jobcentre Plus has been under continual attack from elements within all three main political parties who are acting in cahoots with potential DWP contractors and their various lobby organisations. Any support to our parliamentary lobbying and our issues raied through Make Your Vote Count is always welcome and very helpful. We have a very strong record of sticking up for our members and campaigning to defend the welfare state and to oppose the privatisation of our jobs.
