Are there any potential extra or hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. However, there are a few extras we do charge for. 1. We charge 50 to 100 per week (depending on the apartment) for each additional person over the standard occupancy rate, which varies by property. This is clearly stated on the web site. This fee is meant to cover the extra cleaning and laundry costs. 2. We also add on a portion of the extra greeting, cleaning, and laundry costs whenever we accept a rental of less than a week. These fees vary per apartment 3. We require that 30 be paid in cash to your greeter if your check in at the apartment is before 8am or after 9pm.
