Are there any post warranty service schemes?
Yes, 3 schemes are available, ie 1 year, 3 year & 5 year schemes against payment of Rs 1200, 3000 & 4500 respectively per unit, assuming that the product is not damaged due to misuse or acts of god. Payment for these scheme has to be made in full at the time of purchase of the units. This scheme does not apply to external antennas and the chipset. During this period all other parts, if damaged, will either be replaced free of charge or the entire unit replaced by a new one at discounted cost ( if repairs are not possible ).
