Are there any positive benefits from drinking beer?
Drinking alcohol in general is supposed to be good for you. While alcohol consumed in mass quantities over long periods of time can destroy your body, a little bit is actually good for you because it relaxes you and relieves stress. In today’s society, relaxing is important but often forgotten about. A University of Michigan study said two beers a day is good for heart health. I can’t remember the exact wording, though, as I read it more than a year ago.
