The Command has had a MilCon project programmed/validated for a new fitness center for a number of years. The Project is currently in FY12 MilCon program. However, it competes with other milcon projects such as barracks. Accordingly, housing single Marines takes precedence to physical training. We regret a more favorable response could not be provided.
