A HESA is taking on the management of the Estates Management Statistics (EMS) 2009/10 so there maybe an opportunity for some interaction between the FSR and EMS. EMS is due to have some pre-population from Finance and other collections. HEFCE have confirmed that TRAC is a costing methodology and there are no reconciliation checks between the annual TRAC return and the HESA FSR.
