Are there any places in Portsmouth, England that will hold 18th birthday partys?
Nightclub finder is a pretty good website for finding out local clubs as you can search by location. Many clubs are available for hire on the nights that they are closed to the public. This is usually sometime in the week (from Monday to Thursday or Sunday). These nights will probably be more reasonably priced than a Friday or Saturday. I usually find they are either free (with a deposit) and you have to adhere to a minimum bar spend, or you will be charged a fixed rate.
