No. 13. Can I bring my family with me to Bishkek? It is possible but not recommendable. If you really have to bring some members of your family to Bishkek, you will be responsible for paying all their expenses connected to travel and stay in Bishkek. 14. Can I get medical services if it’s necessary? Only in situations previewed by our rules (see question 6). We strongly advise all our participants to get a medical insurance before the trip. If a participants fails to get a proper medical insurance before the training, the OSCE Academy does not bear any responsibility for her/his medical expenses, not connected to acute pain or an accident.
