Hi. If you’re talking about living on Deep Creek, there are many, many parks and trails nearby. Bush Park is right at Cold Spring Creamery and Burnt House Hill Rds.. There’s actually a walk/bike path right outside the neighborhood that connects with Buckingham Square (the adjacent neighborhood). Central Park in Doylestown is just a very short drive away. There are really too many to mention, bust rest assured, you can find what you want ! I have lived and practiced in the Doylestown area for many, many years. As for the proximity of one home to the next, that depends on what you want. Some neighborhoods have homes very close together, others do not.
