Are there any other types of christians one can be besides “born again”?
Technically speaking, from a theological perspective, all Christians are “born again” when they are baptized – even if their baptism takes place within days of thier actual birth. However “Born Again” is generally used a description of type of Evangelical Christianity that practices adult baptism, among other things. So, if this is the kind of “Born Again” you are talking about, then yes, there are other options. Christianity has a rich history of a variety of faith traditions, from the very “High Church” formats of Roman Catholics and Anglicans, to the very “Low Church” traditions of the Plain Folk (Amish, Mennonites, Old Older Baptists, etc.). There are the very ancient traditions of Coptic and Armenian Churchs (Middle Eastern “flavours” of Christianity, if you will) and the heavily Incarnational tradition of the various Orthodox Churches (Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox, etc.).
