Are there any other Secret Playable Characters in Super Mario Galaxy Wii beside Luigi?
There are not, But you can unlock the Princess Rosetta in Mario Kart Wii when you have a save file of Galaxies on your wii. To unlock Luigi, you collect all 120 Powerstars and tell the Princess (after you save the game) that you want to beat Bowser again. After the fight you should get a message in the end credits saying you’ve unlocked Luigi.
