Are there any other requirements in order to fit a HouseHeat system?
In order to fit HouseHeat, the radiators should have thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) already fitted, as many radiators in the UK currently do. If the radiators in your heating system do not have TRVs, but instead have old-fashioned manual radiator valves, you can still fit a HouseHeat system – but you will first need to replace the manual radiator valves with TRVs.
