Are there any other quicker immigration options for nurses besides Green Cards?
If you are a Canadian or Mexican citizen, then you may enter the United States on a TN Visa. Canadian RN’s may apply for their TN visa directly at the border, when they are ready to move to the United States. Blue Pacific’s immigration attorneys will help you through the TN process. If you are not a Canadian or Mexican citizen, then at this time there are not any other options for you to immigrate as an RN. However, this can change at any time. Note: If you are seeking employment in an occupation that traditionally requires a bachelor’s degree (like a physical therapist or a nursing manager), then you may qualify for an H-1B visa. Most RN positions do not qualify for H-1B’s.
