Are there any other mechanisms put in place to act as incentive/safeguards for larger organisations to work with smaller and local organisations?
Please see the Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidance for guidance on lead delivery partners working with sub-grantees and partners. Incentives LDA will consider applications from partnerships / single delivery organisations and therefore there are no incentives to work with smaller organisations. However, the incentive to lead partners would be in the expertise that partner would bring to your bid that LDA requires lead partners to sign SLAs with their sub-contractor and partners following the award of grant agreements. Partnership declarations are required at the point of application.
