Are there any on-going technical support charges?
No. Life-time telephone support is included in the one-off purchase price. However, it should be pointed out that very occasionally we get asked to repair a corrupt data file. This is only nessecary when the user has neglected to make frequent backups of the data files. If we are asked to do this or any other type of hands-on work, this is charged at our normal houly rate, currently £50.00 per hour pro rata.
