Are there any NY U.S. Representatives that would make good U.S Senators?

I was just wondering if anyone on here had a Representative that they think would make a good Senator, It’s not that I’m don’t like Sen. Clinton, and Schumer, it’s just that I feel that my Represenative, Maurice Hinchey would make a great Senator, and I feel is more progressive than Clinton and Schumer, but I don’t know if he would be able to win the State. So does anyone else have a Representative who they feel would make a good Senator if elected?
