Yes. Certain numbers won’t work with our system including telephone company service and emergency numbers (like 411 and 911) and any pay-per-call or premium service (those with area code 900). Further, you should not use general information numbers or non-direct extension numbers. Our automated system will not wait for a call to be transferred to the correct party before playing a Push 5 Urgent Alert.
