The video instruction is extremely valuable all on its own, but we’ve made it even more valuable in Web Cooking Classes by organizing the information in a logical fashion, which will make it easier for you to learn and use it immediately. Also, the instruction has been enhanced with the addition of printed handouts that the lessons. Our goal is that you can print each handout and over time have a complete resource guide you can keep on-hand as you cook.
