Are there any non-governmental cultural Organizations working for the promotion of Romanian Culture & how are they funded?
R. Yes. Lately and fortunately so, a public/private partnership has emerged in the cultural field. NGOs are funded by large corporations, in promoting Romanian culture abroad. As an example, an NGO supports financially a magazine dedicated to Romania/India relations, promoting R. Tagore poetry and the cultural relations between our two states. 7.
