Are there any new concepts in Visula?

(Review question from VL/HCC 2006) Yes, very many. The underlying concepts are familiar, but that’s because I’m not intelligent enough to come up with something superior to dynamically-typed object-orientation. Maybe the reviewer isn’t either? However the notation is completely unlike any other VPL, so therefore it is new. Sequence diagrams are well proven in other contexts, yet have not been used as a basis for a VPL before. The way nesting and folding works is also completely new. The way classes and functions are nested, and the way functions and classes share much of the same syntax, is also new.
