No, nor are there any old ones to find. If you play Broken World with any of the pre-made characters, you won’t be able to chant at all. If you Import characters from DS2 Parts 1-3 that already know chants, they can still be used and there are 7 shrines sprinkled around that can be used to trigger the chants.
