Olive or other vegetable oil works really well for makeup removal. Vaseline works well, too, but is NOT a natural product. It comes from petroleum, and is a synthesized and refined product. I’m currently using an olive-oil based cleanser from DHC (a Japanese company), and I really love it, but it has some non-natural ingredients. I’d stick to plain olive oil if I were you. It’s not exactly water-rinseable, but if you already have a cleanser you like, that should take care of any residue. Be careful of cleansers around your eyes. Even the natural ones can be irritating to eyes.
